POKÉMON GO: GIGANTAMAX TRAILER

Pokémon sought a cinematic campaign to mark the global launch of the Gigantamax phenomenon in Pokémon GO.

To create a worldwide event feel, we chose Virtual Production. A major highlight was pushing beyond the limitations and challenges of Virtual Production. So much fun!

Creative Ideation: Contributed key visual concepts and narrative ideas throughout development, proposing shots ideas and cinematic sequences that enhanced the tone and visual impact of the trailer.

Previz & Visual Development: Developed previz sequences in Unreal Engine (as well as oversaw others) to map out shot compositions, pacing, and visual flow.

Creative Collaboration: Collaborated with the virtual production team to merge live-action footage with CG elements, ensuring seamless integration.

On-Set Contribution: Supported on-set direction to align performance, camera movement and product placement with client expectations.

Storytelling Focus: Worked closely with the creative team to maintain narrative clarity and emotional impact throughout the trailer.
